By the time you pay for the BH and sub frame an finance charges you just might be ahead to swap the bx2350 for a new bx24 and save a lot of hassle and you might/could be getting a new tractor and bh for about the same cost of just adding a bh to the bx2350.

Don't make sense to me to pay 6000 to 8000 bucks for a bh on a used tractor
if you can get a new BX24 and a new BH for a 6000 to 8000 dollar trade in price.

Mr. Brown,
That would be something to look into but we don't know the specifics of what Zunnie has going on. He might have a killer deal on a backhoe and wants to take advantage of it.

Zunnie,
Welcome to TBN.

Zunnie, Welcome,
What is the story here?
Besides the subframe there is also hydraulic plumbing that is different that would need to be upgraded. I also believe the FEL frame brackets are different as the subframe mounts to it in front. You will also have to change the step stay kit. Also the entire seat assy and rops due to the seat connecting to it when in backhoe position. If you are buying a kubota BH specifically, which is the only one the subframe will fit, you will have much more into it than you will spend on a trade in. If you got a killer deal on or AKA free kubota BH than pricing this out may be a viable option. Also the AG tires will not clear the subframe. That is why R-4 tires are the traction option for the BX-24. Please let us have a bit more info on this and I'm sure we will get it sorted out.

From BX2350 to BX 24 !

I like to put my kubota backhoe BT600 to a BX2350!

Therefore I need technical information about the subframe from the BX24

Also if possible bracket drawing, so I can make them myself or local!

The hydraulic part is only to supply an hydraulic block and to put to
connectors on with hoses to the backhoe?

This wil be the first backhoe mounted on a kubota, because i live in Holland
for that reason kubota supply only tracktors whitout backhoe's

I hope somebody can help me out!!

Best regards zunnie17

It will NOT be cost effective. There is a lot more than just the sub frame. Get the 2, bx2350 and bx 24 side by side and then decide.

I bought a new BX24 just for that reason.

I think it won't be cost effective either, and no matter how much you beef things up, bottom line the 2350 was not designed for a BH and you will be stressing the crap out of it. I'd start adding up things for a 24, as mentioned earlier. There are just to many modifications you'd have to make to get it to work properly. My $0.02.
