Yeah I guess when you call PI at the biggest moment of the game on the #2 defense in the NFL, it meant nothing....:laughing:

I don't have any loyalties to the game or any team. The SB was the first game I've watched in two years.

The penalty came after SF relaxed. Otherwise KC wouldn't have been within 30yds of the end zone in the first place.

And knowing almost nothing about Football, that call was justified. The amount of yardage attached to the call was irrelevant and meant nothing....:laughing:

I liked the two plays best that 49ers Richard Sherman (ex Seahawk) got beat on. He runs his mouth so much, it was due. Overdue. Both plays were very, very costly to SF and very well executed by KC. Finally someone shut his trap.

I guess if giving the team 20+ yards and placing the ball on the 1 foot line with a first down is irrelevant and meant nothing I would hate to see what you think IS relevant and means something. :laughing:
I’ve coached high school football for over 20 years and I can tell you it’s VERY relevant. First and goal from the 1 foot line is 99% chance of 6 points versus the 25 yard line is far less chance of scoring.
It was a game changer and it obviously changed the momentum of the game....and I wanted the Chiefs to win. I’m not saying they didn’t deserve to win, they did. I’m simply making the statement it changed the momentum of the game into their favor A LOT. If they didn’t score on that drive in the 4th quarter trailing the Niners, there’s far less chance they win. I’m also saying I think it would be a good time for the NFL to change the way PI penalties are administered. They are too “fatal”. Look at New Orleans last year. They lost their shot to go to the Super Bowl because a ref didn’t call PI. Again, a huge game changer.
