I picked up my 50 hours supplies today from the local Kubota dealer and they don't have Kubota Super UDT. Said they had some coming in the Spring (no, I didn't ask why they were waiting until Spring).
They gave me Powertech Universal Tractor Hydraulic Fluid and said that is what they always use and that the warranty would still be good on the tractor. They sell 2 gal for $15.50.

Comparing it to the list tomnky gave for the Chevron a couple of the items are the same, such as Cat TO-2.
It only mentions Kubota UDT, not Super UDT but Kubota dealer swears they have been using it for years and have had no problems or complaints.
My experience with the dealer has been that they try to save their customers money whenever they can. The parts manager (who is 1/2 owner of dealership) told me not to buy Kubota Orange paint, said to go to auto parts store and buy Chevrolet Engine Orange so he passed up a couple of dollars in profit when he told me that. So I know they are not trying to get in my pocket.
I guess I'll find out in about 24 more seat hours or the first time I poke a hole in one of the filters while working in the woods (whichever comes first).
I don't know about the rest of you, but I am thoroughly confused by all this.
