Can any body tell me how to calculate torque to rotate sweeper machine broom?

Broom Dia is - 0.6 m
Length - 2 m
Weight - 150 Kg
Rotating RPM - 150

Everything you have is meaning less until you to have decided the
engine size/Horse Power and determine whether you will be using
chain drive and sprockets or V belts and pulleys before you go
any further as the sprocket size length between the center lines of
the shafts or the V belt pulleys and the pulley diameters if you pursue
a V-belt drive.

I don't know how to calculate it, but the walk-behind 3' wide units have around ten hp. Double that for 2 meters? Your profile shows you are a manufacturer, so you would want more accuracy than I can give you. Gujarat was Gandhi's birthplace, I think?

First you have to figure out how hard the brush will be to turn in use. This will be controlled by downforce and type of bristles, AND what is being swept. -- You could set full weight down and measure it directly with a torque wrench. ... A value of ~ 300 ft-lb seems about right from my experience. If broom gearing provides a 3 to 1 speed reduction your hyd drive motor would need to be capable of 100 ftlb torque.
