Buy Acme threaded rod and nuts and make your own. That's what I did when I made some tall jack stands. The acme threaded rod was on sale at Enco, IRC, for $12 for 36", which I immediately cut in half to make two 18" pieces.

A one inch diameter 36" length of acme threaded rod would make several clamps like what you want.

Good luck.

That's a good idea too. Nowhere around here I'm going to find 5/8 bolts anyway.... Acme threads are just easier to turn under a load.

here is another possibility

Tractor Bucket Hitch Receiver

use two of them and then you would have a method for a number of different type of attachments using one set of clamps, may book mark this link my self for getting one for a ball hitch on the bucket.

Oh, yeah, I definitely plan to build some of these as a universal mount to the implements I want to build, probably except for the debris forks.... but want to be able to do the trailer hitch, and I think my "smart holder" for cutting firewood would work well with those.

I like to re-cycle as much as possible.
Old trailer tongue jacks actually use acme threads and the jack has a nice big weldable over sized nut in its construction.
Ideal material for doing what you want.
