The only thing holding the 2 sides together on mine is 1 round hollow tube. The twist can happen at the quick connects/bucket or both loadermounts. Because I'm preventing it at the mounts with the washers...im hoping to prevent it from breaking. If is like the t273 I owned and the frame is not broken it soon will be. Thank you very much!!!Post # 35 here. http://www.tractorbynet.com/forums/tym-owning-operating/299636-273-broken-frame.html Also you will have to replace the front drive shaft if it still has the old style.
I already torqued all the frame/loader mount bolts to spec and had 1 loose. So I pulled it to make sure it wasn't a broken bolt. Then locktited it back in.Post # 35 here. http://www.tractorbynet.com/forums/tym-owning-operating/299636-273-broken-frame.html Also you will have to replace the front drive shaft if it still has the old style.
Been contemplating a factory backhoe. That sub frame would work, right? The frame usually breaks where the bolts go through. Yes the hood pops open and also wires will rub the frame under the dash and cause a short. It will blow a inline fuse(40A) on the main wiring harness. If you can make a subframe or have someone do it it will solve the twisting problem.
It should. The factory should have tied the front to back axle like the bigger tractors. I didn't know they made a backhoe for the small tym's?Been contemplating a factory backhoe. That sub frame would work, right?
