I have a T25, and I am able to lift a 48" IBC tote filled level to the top with slabwood. The issue is counterweight, its fine when the backhoe is attached, but the back tires will start coming off the ground when it is off. I have an old, heavy, rusty 5 ½' box blade that is enough to make things more tolerable, but the more weight the better.
BTW, the forks I have are SSQA 3500# 48 inch, so they weigh about 300# by themselves.
