I noticed I wasn't hearing the turbo while operating the operating the skid steer so I pulled off the air intake. the impeller turns but does not spin freely like on my truck. I was wondering if there is some kind of brake or controller that could cause this or is it just a bad turbo. oil is always clean and oil pressure is normal. 2950 hours on unit.
