If it were me they would have to have VERY deep, as in Grand Canyon size pockets, and I would have 6 weeks vacation, 4 weeks sick/personal days, unlimited authority, and my own hours, that those I am working with had best like or tough luck!

I wear a tie one day a year, we have one meeting that we are forced by the powers that be to dress business, other than that, they get my computer knowledge, take it or leave it. Oh and they buy dinner that one time, or I would not be there anyway
