The reason that you can rent them, is that they are tax deductible as a income producing property, even though they go down in value and the rental fee never really covers the true costs. Mirabella V looks really nice. What amazes
me is where someone gets the money to buy
one of these. Two other nice megayachts
are the Limitless and Aussie Rules. Aussie Rules
is owned by golf pro Greg Norman.

You have to see these things up close to really apreciate them. I motored around one in Martha's Vineyard one day when heading out. It was a 174 foot long two masted ( Ketch) built by Perini Navi.

The stern was open ( Dinghy Garage) and it had the following items inside.
2 26' rigid inflatable boats with twin 250 hp outboards on each
6 jetskis
Scuba gear for 10 or 12
4 to 6 windsurfers
an inflatable 20' diameter trampoline with boarding ladders
and lots of other gear for fishing and water sports...

That was in their "Dinghy" garage....
