Why did Greg Norman sell Aussie Rules?

At the Miami boat show in February, my wife met
Tim Allen (a.k.a. Tim the tool man Taylor). Tim
was buying a new Italian made sport boat with
twin CAT C18 engines of 1015 horsepower each.
In exchange for a discount, Tim did a press event
at the boat show for CAT. My wife had to round up
all sorts of goodies to give to Tim. CAT hats,
CAT shirts, CAT shoes etc.
My wife is the blonde in the picture.

I don't really know why Greg sold Aussie rules but i suspect because of profit. Many boats are built in OZ and NZ sailed to the US and sold, I don't understand why because our labour here is not as cheap as in the US i understand. BTW Aussie Rules is the name of our nation football game, that is where Greg took the name from.
