TC 25 New Hollanfd

My New Holland TC 25 just stopped starting. It is some electrical issue.

When I try to crank, all electric power stops.
I have to reset the electric by disconnecting the battery.

Once reset, I turn key on and dash lights come on. I can pre heat as well.

As soon as I try to start, the dash lights go out.

I have replaced:
Diode
Starter Relay
Starter Switch
Battery
30 amp Fuse

When I jump the starter (dash lights on) there is a spark and a small sound but the dash lights go out immediately and there is no electic anymore.

Did you clean the battery terminals?

The TC series has a problem with internal corrosion where the cable is pressed into the battery terminal. To check you can bypass the battery cables with a set of jumper cables. Clamp them at each end to where the cables attach. The corrosion allows voltage to pass but not amps. You get continuity, everything lights up when you turn the key on. When you hit the starter and put a load on the cables, it does nothing.
