Interesting that you mention the RPM's at PTO. That's when it happened to me the other day. After putting the new belt on I had my son "run it up" a few times while I watched the belt for wooble or other potential problem, none noted. I'm having my brother in law take a peek at it over the weekend, maybe he'll come up with something for me. I really like this tractor other than this issue, and think it has to be something simple here.
