wow, sorry to see that. It is obvious that the crack started on top and went down vertically as the crack seem to be smaller on the bottom. If 4 tires are on the ground it is quite difficult to cause any stress on top to cause a hairline fracture like that. I can see potential for damage like that if you had a full bucket , going fast and dropping the front wheels in some sort of hole or bouncing full loader bucket up and down on some rough terrain. I certainly would not rule our a bad cast. Do you have a same crack on the opposite side? or one side only?

No crack on the other side, nor does it go across the bottom. The crack is wide enough to get a fingernail all the way in.

That leads me to believe some twisting forces were the culprit but more so a bad cast. I hope it ends up being a warranty item.

Hi , caught tail end of this topic , did your dealer say what might of caused this problem? Is the machine back in service yet ? Hope things are going well.

I am still waiting for the dealer to get back to me, I was told it wouldn't be fully torn down until sometime this week. I am currently in California for school and haven't heard anything yet. I will post updates as received.
