My manual is version 10/02. You might want to get your dealer to give you the correct manual for your machine.

Originally, when the dark gray bodied tractors were introduced, fuse 5 was a 7.5 amp fuse. This was changed to a 10 amp fuse because of the problem you are having. In some circumstances this was not a total fix. The latest is to install a 10 amp circuit breaker, which you can get at NAPA or other parts store. The breaker will fit into the fuse holder like a fuse. The breaker will come with contacts that can broken off at preset lengths so it will fit in the place of the fuse.
As for the wiring diagrams, the early books for the dark gray tractors had several errors. All the diagrams posted are for the dark gray tractors, just different issue dates.

It's clear now that I do need to talk with my dealer. My manual has an issue date of 3/02. I purchased my TC33D in 9/02. Mike do you know what a good issue date might be?

I have not looked closely at the newer manuals to see if the errors were corrected, but I would assume they have been. The manual you received was probably the one that came with your tractor even though there is a difference in the months between issue and when you bought your tractor. Any dated after 10/02 should be alright. If my memory serves me right, the correct wiring diagrams will have wire numbers exceeding 100 at the range or pto safety switches. 105 or 108 I am thinking. Hope this helps.
