Good for you, stonecomm. I think we've learned that air may be introduced into the system by a bad hose, but I don't know why the hoses weren't leaking and self-bleeding. There is no pump from the fuel tank to the injector pump. It's all gravity feed, so there is no suction except the injector pump. If it started, you are obviously good to go.:thumbsup:

I'm on the road on vacation and don't have my manuals as a "crutch," but I believe what you are seeing is the injector bypass line. It takes excess fuel from the injectors and routes it back into the supply. You might also be seeing the hose that comes from the fuel tank behind the operator. It is routed up under the platform and to the fuel filter.
