Installed my #1 rear remote today. After I mounted the valve body I attached the handle to make sure everything operated smoothly before I proceeded to do the plumbing. The spool was so hard to shift I removed it and returned it to the dealer. I felt like the lever force would break the aluminium casting holding the lever pivot link. The replacement was only slightly easier. With the tractor not running the spool is very hard to shift and the level sticks at both ends of travel. With the motor running the valve is much smoother. Is this normal, will it loosen up. My 2120 remote is as smooth as a wood splitter valve with or without the engine running.
