TC55DA vibration on paved road. what is it?

Agreed.. and i think some of us are looking at this as a 'heard' vibration.. vs a 'felt' vibration.. etc.

If this isn't the case.. bring us up to speed.. etc.

Are you sure it wasn't built in the Harley Davidson plant ? They shake all the time and the owners think it is standard equipment.

Well its definately a feel vibration but i doubt if its bad enough so any dealer or service guy would say anything other then "thats normal" "its the tires" or similar answers. The only way to resolve this in my opinion is to test another tc55d on pavement and see if its the same. As long as other TC55's do it and its normal i guess i can live with it even though i dont think it should do it. Now who is in Maine with a tc55 and i can stop in and check it out.

I drove mine today almost 5 miles on the road .It ran smooth the vibration was gone . I wonder if it is the gears needing to be broke in or the tires wore in a little .I did have a vibration at road speed that pulsed through the fenders when it was new its gone for now .
