A non-welding solution to "wheelbarrow handles" is to bolt black iron floor flanges to appropriate vertical surfaces and thread black iron pipe into the flanges. You would have to size the pipe/flanges so they could support the load. Big box stores carry flanges from 1/2" to 1-1/2"; plumbing supply houses have larger. If the pipe is too large to grasp, reducing couplings and 6" nipples could provide handholds .

Thats a solution I didn't think about. I've already welded 1 1/2" angle into tubing and attacked it to two of the frames. Even with my sorry welds, they work as well as I'd hoped. I'll consider your idea for the last frame if I run out of angle. Thank you.

Stuck another way you might consider is a single hinged handle. Not certain if that would work in your case or not though.
