Hello All, would like to know if there is a small auxiliary pump that would run the power steering of t5c terramite, 250 to 300 psi ?

well the main pump "eaton" puts out that kind of pressure, but the section of it that runs the power steering is only 300 psi max.

Does your hyd steering use the charge pump pressure?

I use an Eaton VSP pump in my Power-Trac, and the charge pump puts out about 350 psi.

If you have a variable speed pump, you probably have a charge pump.

The charge pump is the only low pressure element associated with a variable speed pump that I know of. The charge pump could be internal or external.

Here is a pic of my charge pump.
