I can try that. The only thing I can find in the owner's manual is to check the air pressure with an accurate gauge. "Locate MAXIMUM PSI on the tire side wall," it says. That's 40 PSI on my R-4s. I guess that leaves lots of room for trial and error.
Actually, the only time the bounce has concerned me is on the side hill. If the uphill tire bounces, that increases the tilt. So I have been going slower... and I fasten my seat belt.
