Not sure how much we got but it was a bunch. Moved getting driveway rock to the top of the to do list. We have an 8000 Sq ft bog right now.

Everything is wet and boggy around here. The rains was just like it was being poured out of a bucket.

Got 2 inches Tuesday and 2 inches again last night.
Nice soaking!

Rain gauge was full, so we got more than 6 inches. Tractor in the barn for subframe installation after clutch R&R. Floor under tractor soaking wet, along with the whole tractor dripping condensation. Went out last night and condensation was dripping from a light switch.
Today is much better, with nothing dripping now.

February forecast for sunny with mild temps. We may have to switch over to the Spring/Summer thread early. Looks like I will need to start mowing around the house and stables before long. Same with the pastures.

Yep, the weeds that took over my yard during last summers dry spell are growing again. I'm putting up the flannel lined jeans and getting the carpenter shorts out.

Precip starts tomorrow for us. Stocked up on horse feed and hay. Will top off groceries today. Now that we are both retired there should be no need to get out in the ice and snow that is forecasted for us.

Same here. No horses but I got hay, groceries, gas, diesel and we're not going anywhere.

All the snow stayed north of us. We stayed above freezing overnight, so no ice either. Won't be the case tonight, down to 24F.

No snow here either. Lots of rain and some sleet. A little ice on the grass early this morning but it's
already gone. Now just a wet mess and 34*. Might be chilly tonight but I don't care....slow cooker
going and a football game to watch at 6:30, I'm set.

Sorry the "way north" had me wondering...I wasn't sure how far a "way" was in your area. Everything is bigger in Texas, right?

To me, way north is the North Pole. Just trying to learn where weather is happening and your location, as like the town you get your mail, helps.
