Keep dancing, Amigos. There's moisture falling from the sky.

I have 1/3 of my ryegrass seed out. I guess I put out what I had a little heavier than I intended. I need to get more, to finish the other 2 pastures. I hope to get it before work tomorrow, and get those pastures finished tomorrow evening. They are calling for 50% chance of rain Thursday night, and 60% chance for Friday! I'll be dancing again, if I get some good rain on my winter forage seed! :cool2:

Glad to hear you are getting some rain, sseelhoff!

They should, and sometimes do, give away the printers with a computer deal. It's the ink they make the big profit on.
Kodak has gone the way of Texas International. Too bad, it was an American tradition. They did in fact supply the sensors for a lot of
other brand digital cameras as well as a lot of commercial related photo equipment.

You should fix flash "red eye" problems before uploading, but they do have software on site you can use to fix it and other problems if you wish.

Ron,

My Maximilian sunflowers are in full bloom. When they bloom out, fall is right around the corner.

Fall can't get here too soon to suit me. My yard is just about a disaster since I haven't watered enough to keep it in decent shape. I did mow mine and the ones of either side of us this morning. And this evening, I've been running soaker hoses around the foundation.

Jim, we went by the Denton Farmers Market Saturday and only one vendor there. I've heard everyone else's crops dried up. So we went by again this morning; still just that one vendor there, but we got some good tomatoes and cantaloupe and even some very good and big peaches. The guy said this was probably the last of the peaches. I was hoping he'd have some more shelled purple hull peas. He didn't have any today, but said he would have Saturday, so I reckon I'll be going by there Saturday morning.

It's funny that you mentioned purple hulls, Bird. I was looking at all the blooms and small peas on my blackeyes today and found one pod that seemed well fillled-out. It had these 9 big peas in it. We should get another picking soon and maybe as much as 12 to 15 lb additional for the freezer.

Will have to check the gauge and see how much fell. I apparently did the anti-rain dance. It started coming down so I brought the horses in. AFter getting drenched and everyone in the barn, the rain stopped.

Oh well. 30% chance Wednesday and Thursday. 60%-70% chance on Friday. Hopefully we'll get a good soaker or two.
