Having two previous Kubota CUT and SCUT, it makes sense to me that the MMM should be able to be held up out of the way when using the FEL or the 3 point. The hardware to hold the MMM in the up position is present only on the left side as shown in my pic. The right side has no such hardware.....I had removed that little "rue ring cotter pin" thingy and put a generous size plain cotter pin in its place on that left side.
In practice, I usually remove the MMM when using the FEL or 3 point for any major tasks.
I guess the dealer mechanic did not install the hardware on the right side....just like he did not install the Bucket Level Indicator connection to the bucket ( see post #116 & 126. it also appears that there are some missing bolts in the FEL frame. Geeze, it looks like the dealer will have to come back AGAIN to fix it right.
