The city wants a 30' of easement on the east side of my property for a road. (like I want more people driving by??) I think thats too much. I guess I'll have to take what ever "market value" is at the time they decide to do it. I don't think you'd come out ahead getting nasty about it, as they can get nasty back, and you do need their services.
