I have tried for 20 years to keep my neighbors from parking on the road right of way of my property. I get tired of trying to round them up and ask them to move their cars so I can mow. They have a similar road right of way in front of their house, but they never park there. They run a dry wall business out of their house (zoned residential) so their worker(s) all park in front of my house, rutting up the ditches and killing the grass. But no such thing for their ditches....
We had a similar problem when living in the city. The renter idiots next to us were two brothers who subleased a room to a drug dealer. The brother had two vehicles each, they brought home a 4x4 that had been rolled and totaled. One of their vehicles was a daily driver and they each had a 4x4. The lots were small, and parking four cars was problematic to say the least. With the totaled 4x4 and the drug dealers car they had six cars on a lot that could really only park 4-5. When Thursday rolled around, the girl friends showed up so there were now NINE cars at the house....
Now, they were at the T portion of an intersection which they parked in which is illegal, but what really ticked us off was that they would park in front of our mailbox and sometimes block our driveway.

With the mail box blocked we would not get mail. We called the POlice every time they blocked the mailbox and they got quite a few tickets. They should have had more because they were blocking the intersection.

IF they had parked in FRONT of our house it was no big deal. There was plenty of room and we would not have cared but they were too danged stupid and lazy to move the cars 20 feet.

Course there was always traffic because of the drug dealer.
Fast forward a year or two and the city FINALLY did something about all of the cars, especially the junker. That city is supposed to be so perfectly perfect in every way, but they would allow up to EIGHT unrelated people to live in a house!

The car issue finally got some action. I came home one day and all of the cars were gone except the drug dealers which was backed up to the garage door which was odd....
After the brothers got home, the POlice showed up. I went out and talked to one of the brothers. He asked if I had seen anyone at the house and I told him about the drug dealer. The brother told me that his room had been broken into and he had a stereo, rifle, cash, TV, and other things stolen. If you are going to live with a snake, expect to get bit.

Here is what really cracked me up, pun intended, the brother had dead bolts on his bedroom door. That might have been a sign. If you don't trust the people you live with, and have to put dead bolts on your bedroom door, ya might want to move. Here is a sign.

:laughing::laughing::laughing:
One of the brothers was an EMT and I don't see how he could allow the dealer to live in his house. Just flat out dumb and stupid I guess.
