I'm a little concerned about running over the snow 1st then pushing w/ rear blade.
Since you are still looking for a tractor. You get the quick coupler for a 402 FEL. Here is a thread on the subject.

I noticed you had turfs, I was thinking industrial.
I have found that Turfs work very well for my area. I have chains but have never used them. If you get Turfs you will need wheel spacers to get clearance for chains. Others that have R-4s use chains even in mud.
Traction issue?
I do not have loaded tires. But the back blade is heavy duty and weighs 500 lbs. The front blade weighs over 600 lbs. The combination seems work good for pushing the largest snow banks without stopping the tractor.
The rear blade is over sized for the
B2910. My dealer recommended that I install the Heavy Duty top link bracket that is required for the B4960 backhoe on most Kubota tractors. Here is a link to a thread on this subject.

I recently filled my weight box with cement. It works as well for counter weight as my rear blade. But does not give any plowing ability at the rear. Weight box is smaller than back blade and gives more maneuverability.
Front blade quote was 2,000 vs 450 for rear
Check out
Curtis. Price is about right with a valve and install. I did not mount my Curtis blade the way Curtis recommended. I added a valve to do the angling. Cutis FEL brackets will not fit the quick coupler above. I had to modify them to fit.
