If it were me with 3 acres, I'd dump the cattle and the 4320.

Probably the best advice to get to the stated desired result. Just research the requirements for your AG exemption on your place if that is a factor. Most likely you can do something less costly to maintain your exemption.

Good luck on whatever direction you decide to take.

The 4320 is going up for sale, I bought this 960 already which will replace it.
