Dad went down to Louisiana after Katrina to blue tarp roofs for FEMA and you weren't allowed to bring in firearms. He slept with his Pasalode nail gun in his tent (they went down prepared for self sufficient tent camping) in case someone decided to try and steal something during the night. That's a funny story!!!! Could have been really bad. Friend of mine used to be a rough-in carpenter. He always said an Air Nailer was the most dangerous tool he had!!!!

I used one of those once. Nice to not have the air hose. When I built my barn the battery circular saw came in handy.
My sons use Milwaukee LI battery powered tools. Sickening difference between my old DeWalt stuff and theirs. And I'm not picking on DeWalt. It's just that my batteries are obsolete.
My Eldest Son is a Mechanic and has a battery powered 1/2" impact that will twist off auto lug bolts!!!! And will run for what seems like forever on one battery....
Again, not pimping brand as much as battery technology.
Impacts seems to be the one category where Milwaukee really has Dewalt beat. And yes there’s a huge difference between nicad batteries and new lithium batteries.
