After work.
Looked at carpets and flooring.
No work on house, storms.

After work
Connect all pump wiring in basement
Terminate more panel wires.

After work
Put pump in the well , by myself
Got water in the house.

Terminated more panel circuits

Drywall is done.
No work by me.

19970801 Friday

Welcome to august, it’s been 7 months from just a hole in the ground, to a roofed house with the drywall just finished. The end is in sight, now all the finish work. I probably had $65k in the house at this point.

Took the day off, spent it wiping down all the drywall preparing to paint. I bought a sprayer to do the primer and first coat, with 2nd coat rolled on. White ceilings, eggshell white walls.

Had a company out to measure for flooring estimate.

FIL came to help paint.

7 months is pretty fast for doing it yourself and working full time!!!

I just mentioned in another thread, I still have a punch list from 1997 on my fridge of items that needs to be finished.

FIL and Don helped.
Started painting primer, then started ceiling paint.

HD out to measure for flooring.

Paint upstairs ceilings and start walls.

Paint upstairs walls, 2nd coat on downstairs ceilings.
