Three point hitch hydraulic problem

I have a L3450 and I am having a problem with my three point hitch. I lowered the float control and then pushed down the arms and now they won't come back up. The control valve is all the way open. If anyone has advice I would appreciate it. I'm hoping this isn't an expensive problem.

Check ALL of the hydraulic quick disconnects.
