4110 minhindra . Tractor ran out of fuel .when it cranked it goes to wide open. Only way to cut off is choke it down. 2003 tractor

Sounds like the control rack in the injection pump is locked up.??
I’m not familiar with that mdl. but if there’s a removable plate on the side of the engine, directly in front of the inj pump.. u might get lucky and get access to the control rack.
