Time for 50 hour maintenance

Any helpful advice? You folks have helped this first time "real" tractor owner through some previous minor crises. Got everything back together and the rear bagger on- the bx cuts like a dream- yard looks great. EEven with the front end loader on, the tractor is remarkable maneuverable- no need for trimming, other than weed eating- love the bx and want to keep her happy. Any helpful advice to make the 50 hour service go more easily would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Thanks. Already have figured out the capacities, etc. Have my Super UDT waiting. Any advice on oil (used to gasoline engines. Also, someone mentioned a square, rectangular drain bucket bought at TSC, I think? ANyone have any pointers to make this effort go more smoothly?

Thanks for the link. Just went to TSC and got an extra funnel (can never have too many), gear oil (figured I might as well change the gear oil in the MMM even though it does not have 50 hours yet), and oil. Already had the Super UDT (liquid gold) and filters. THe guy at TSC recommended Rotella T 15-40 oil- has the proper API rating and says he uses it in all of his tractors (he has a New Holland) and even his big rig. I bought it on his rec, fully realizing that Kubota calls for 10- 30 or 10-40. Will this oil work? If not, what should I return it for?

Can someone please answer my post regarding the Rotella T motor Oil.. It would be appreciated. I note, on the spec page, provide above, 15-40 oil is listed, so I assume it will be okay.

Another tip:

Lowes sells a sort of squared-off, low, black plastic bucket for $5. It fits EXACTLY between the rear wheels of the BX and will catch all the SUDT from the drain and the filter.
