I have the setup that works with the pressure washer. It works well enough but i have a reasonable setback with my trees.
I used to get on the roof with the backpack blower but that isn't such a great idea any longer!

I have these vice grips on my floor jack and engine lifter. They are on there permanently / just a cheap pair locked on tight. They make it very easy the control the rate of drop using a light tap on the vice grip to gradually release the hydraulic pressure. It also helps to lock the the control valve when in the lift position. I have watched several automotive TV shows when they have had a mishaps when letting a engine or some other heavy object down. I have posted this before but I think it is very handy, so a second post.

I would imagine that the placement of those vise-grips would be very important. If placed wrong the weight of the vise-grips could open the valve to quickly. Great idea though.

I had someone teach me to shake the Jack handle as you turn it to lower it, the vice grips look like a good idea. I’ve had a vehicle drop quickly more than once.

Tired of climbing a ladder to clean out your gutters? Several years ago I got a gutter clean out tool for my Stihl leaf blower. It works pretty slick. It’s not going to clean out a clog where your downspout hooks up but if you stay ahead of things it works well. It’s a long tube with a hook on the end.

I bought two kits (fleaBay - since it's so old), for the extra two pieces for a Craftsman corded blower since the pole barn is so tall. Works good but showers the user with whatever was in the gutters. You can also stick the regular pointed end of the snorkel in the downspout end, to blow the junk UP the downspout (and shower the user again). It's a messy job...

I make sure I wear a wide brimmed hat when blowing out my gutters.
