Tire grooving with my chainsaw

I think I am pro pallet, but If I only knew why they were stacked against each other in fields, I could be more sure. :D If only the person who shall remain nameless had but brought this information to its logical conclusion we would all know the answer to that burning question, and could be sure of our stance in the important but unresolved pallet debate.

I'm thinking it ain't happening. :)

I suspect your right. We may never have a satisfactory answer to why pallets are stacked in inverted V configurations in some parts of the world.

I'm pro pallet too... the issue arose when the pallets turned against each other.

Seems to me a thread of carving grooves in pallets with a chainsaw is a natural progression here. Then they wouldn't slide when you try to pick them up with forks and they would have greater traction when leaning against each other in fields.

I'm thinking Twilight Zone, original series from the 1950's.
