I believe this post has been covered before.. but here's what i like
A nice maul, both steel and copper or brass.. the copper/brass mauls won't mar steel or cast surfaces. Get a good set of drifts and punches to go with that maul.

Soundguy when I did a search all I found was a post about tools to carry on your tractor I wanted to expand that a bit and get people to share what tools they have that they find useful or necessary for their tractors in the shop also.
I am going to admit ignorance on this one what is a Maul. I have seen splitting mauls but it is obvious you are not talking about that.
