tooth bar for 723 loader

Hello all, thank you for all of your help in my tractor buying decision, I am buying the L3130 with 723 loader, Big B brush hog, ect. Now I am looking for a good toothbar to attach to the bucket for raking through the dirt and picking up brush easier, The dealer is talking to me about a clamp on toothbar from Rankin? anyone familiar with it ? He has it listed at 650.00? I have also been reading about one other on here that bolts on? any help would be appreciated.
