Sure it can it's a Belarus 😁. I will flip rims to decrease the distance from housing to rim holders. It has adjustable holder on the rear axle so you can move it according to the wheels you use.

Flipped rims (just swap rear wheels and adjust the holders)

Main frame is finished, top coat has to dry 2-3 days. Next comes sideshift and swing mechanism. After that hydraulic tank and hoses...hopefully soon

Welded all big cylinders, also finished quick coupling and some small parts...moving on

I had no time to work on this project so it was on hold. Now I ordered the parts for oil tank and some other details so I can move on...

Yes, i had other plans but then a hole fell in my shop heater, so i had to make a new one first. If this one lasts another 45 years like the old one, its worth it.

Why’d you go with the vertical stabilizers vs the swing down ones like most backhoes?
