tractor comparison

I have been looking for a used tractor for a month or so have found two that sound good but I need your opinion. I have not seen these tractors yet .First one is a 1985 long 360 diesel with 8 ft rear blade and 3 pt hitch lifting bar for $5000 suppose to be in good condition with little rust. The second is a 1980 Allis Chalmers 5040 diesel with 6 ft front loader and rear wheel weights and loaded tires for $5200 . This one has a leak in the power stering (OWNER STATES NEEDS ONLY GASKET ?) and needs brakes. Has rust and is fadded was stored out side.
My primary use is brushing 12 acre field 3-4 times a year. Which if any is a good deal? Anything specific I should know about either of these before I look at them?

Allis Chalmers 5040 was built by UTB in Romania,parts are available through Long,opinions differ greatly on it but mainly positive, try this
