Hydraulics front and rear, 3 rear remotes, thumb, armstrong grapple, hood guard, rubber pads on backhoe stabilizers(hopefully will lessen damage to yards), heavy duty loader bucket with blade, 16" quick connect hoe bucket.

One thing i didn't get that i could use soon are the 3 point hookups. I think are around a $1000. Will need those and a brush hog after i clean up a couple places with the grapple.

pretty much is. my rationale is that i won't buy another tractor for the rent house business...ever. I also wanted to go with local dealer. i'm young, relatively young...feel old. salesman is young. We know mutual friends. I think it was fair price and would like good service for the rest of my life.

It has float on the loader. Didnt get top n tilt. Might need that one day to grade with boxblade. A friend who has run heavy equipment all his life said once i get good enough grading with fel might not ever want to use boxblade. Don't know though

Woohoo! The neighbors said i can use their driveway to access my backyard with the tractor. I told them i would clean up the brush behind their house. They were happy. That sh%t is thick

Good neighbors are great and I am sure they will reap the benefits from this exchange!

I have a similar situation with retired neighbors and they enjoy free snow removal and planting of trees or moving brush etc.

What kind of couplers is the dealer putting on the 3rd function? I prefer flat faced couplers. They are what most skid steers have. When you disconnect a hose there is very little fluid that seeps out too.
