Hopefully she didn’t mean to say yes it is covered - in water!

Sorry, I should refrain.

You got me :drink: And hopefully I'm in the shallow end & upright. :)

This Thread reminded me to actually find my policy and read it. I'm paying $500 per year and it's a rider on my homeowners policy and is for on my property only.

My tractor and all implements are covered under my homeowner's policy. Personal property - Schedule B. However - it DOES NOT cover tractor roll over. The house is not covered for roll over - neither is the tractor. My agent, just now, replied to my previous email.

I paid cash for my Kubota and have had KTAC Ins on it from the day I bought it, 8 years now. Found out about KTAC on this forum.

I could insure my B7100 if I wanted to and I've had it for 43 years.

Mine's now through my USAA policy. It covers anything I do with it or to it, both on or off the property.
I thought this too, but upon calling USAA and specifically asking if they covered the tractor while I use it (running engine) they said homeowners only covers it during “storage” not during use. It is covered under USAA homeowners for things like barn fire, flood, or a tree falling on it. I needed full replacement value for my new John Deere so this wouldn’t work.

Yesterday, I worked out a deal on a new Branson 4820R with loader, backhoe and attachments. Their financing company requires insurance. It will be on land we own but in a different state where we are moving to next year. My current home owners policy will not cover a tractor stored/used out of state. I'm not sure what I need. I talked to a company in the county where our land is, but they don't know if they can cover a tractor if I don't have home owners insurance with them. Not sure what to do now. Thoughts?
