It's official ! Coldest Feb. in history for Gaylord , Mi.
Yesterday Mark from Farm Show Magazine said he is putting my grader project article in this next issue .
As a young boy I used to cut out the farm shop ideas from the back of the Successful Farming and Farm Journal Magazines and save them. Even 40 years ago I loved seeing peoples ideas. So now to see my projects in Farm Show is very cool thinking some young boy might enjoy like seeing them .

Yesterday was my 25th time plowing my driveway this winter with my 53" walk behind snowplow. Most days we just get 3 or 4 inches of snow and not enough to start one of the tractors. I even plowed my whole back yard a couple times. It is just so handy and fun to use.

Spring Sell Off - Well in April I will get going building more new projects. With 16 little tractors, a mini loader , two cars , a pickup and a motorhome and a tiny backyard I decided to sell 5 of my little machines. If they don't sell I may have to build some racks to stack them 2 or three high , ha,ha.

I would buy all but the grader (wouldn't have a big use for it) in a heart beet. Only if i had that type of cash

Now I am having a hard time putting a price on the tractors . Each one has something cool about them I like:confused2::confused2::confused2::confused2::confused2::confused2:
This week is our first 40 degree weather and it feels so nice . I just had to pull my truck out of storage, pull out the Cat tractor , pull out the jd zero turn and put it in the workshop and pull out the new 4x4 jd . It seemd like spring with that stuff sitting in the driveway. Next week the cold air is supposed to return and probably three more weeks of winter :thumbdown:

I've said before that it is probably good that Waldon isn't my neighbor, as I'd be spending way too much time over at his place watching him. If he starts selling some, I now KNOW it's good he's not close...:laughing:

The bad part is he only lives only around a few hours away. We both are in Michigan

Today we stopped at a area JD Dealer and they had a 700 series with a Curtis cab in the showroom.
It was a very nice cab !! , very roomy, the doors opened and shut very solid . Heater, wiper and overhead lights. $6,000.00 . He was also a dealer for Tech-tite out of Canada that makes the fancier cab with the all glass doors. He said that was $7,000.00 . So now by late summer I will decide what to do.
