Tractor Shipping

Hello, Does anyone know of a good transportation company for tractor shipping? The tractor is approximately a typical farm tractor with 55hp, and weighting in at 8000 pounds. The tractor is located in upper Michigan and will be hauled to upper central Maryland, above Frederick. Thanks for the help, and any info. IH3444

I had my John Deere 50 hauled from Mahaffey, Pa to Windham, NH. I believe it was Smith Trucking Company who specializes in hauling equipment (located somewhere here in PA) and they charged me $500 back in 1998. It's about a 550 mile trip.

Hope this helps, although you can bet the rates are higher due to fuel/inflation.
