I am back on the MF bandwagon. The only issue I'm having with the 1736 is I'm a big guy and the seat doesn't seem to go far enough back which makes it difficult to operate the forward and reverse pedal.

Wasn't there a 1726E sitting on the lot? I thought I saw one there?

Scumfrog,

I own a gc1715 . . . And no . . . I know the GC units are scuts andvthe 1600s are cuts. However prior to my buying mine I noted the seat stop on mine could be spun 180 degrees and it bolted right in and tje track worked fine and the seat could be moved back another few inches with no nefatices. I've passed that fix on too other GC owners.

I've never seen the 1736 seat . . But suggest you check out the possibility. The fix I used gave me 3 inches more space with no penalties or problems.

Don't forget to take dealer support into consideration. I've read too many times on this site that poor dealer performance ruined someone's tractor experience. Both of the tractors are similar so you have to use something to swing your vote. Good luck!!!!

I confess I really like my L3901. However the dealer was very knowledgeable and tractor savvy, made me a great offer on the B3200 I traded in.
