Was that a TractorHouse pic?
Oh actually, just looked at it again... That's my local MF-Kioti dealer.

Good one Eric. We'll see who knows that guy???![]()
Just a short message to the OP, A number of people here have mentioned various CUTs. IMO don't count out UTs. Weight is your friend regardless of 4wd or 2wd. If you don't mind open station you can get more tractor for your money. If you don't plan on winter activities then you can forgo the ~6k for the cab. I have a 50hp JD 5103 and have pulled a 9ft. disc in clay type soil with little problems. I also have 40 acres. I also run a 5x6 round baler. So far the only task I've had issues is with a subsoiler when I ran it to deep. BTW my tractor with FEL ran me under 20k new.
I grew up on a Farmall H and an old ford 9n. When my dad upgraded to a diesel ford loader with snap on cab sides I was in heaven plowing snow.
There is no way I will be buying without a cab. I did consider a bigger tractor but when I really got down to it it's not what I need the majority of the time if ever. I really want a hydro for what I'm doing (lots of landscape) I got bucket work for days coming up.
After hitting a few dealers and looking at what's out there I'm convinced 50hp is the max I need and I could probably get by fine with 35hp if it's a 4x4. Heck my dad's old Ford was about 25hp and it did all we needed it just took a while.
I'm thinking I am going to be enjoying what I have coming up so no sense in knocking it out real fast with a big tractor.
I bought this place so I had something else to do besides drinking beer and watching TV.
That was my point on page 1.Enjoy the ride!!!
