Here is my situation, I am away at my camp (about 6 hrs from home. I was subsoiling with my Massey 220 on a brushy area Pulling small stumps and rocks. All of a sudden, as I was going through some brush the tractor started to whine loudly. It is the same sound it makes when trying to lift the 3 point hitch when an implement is stuck (the sound when it is lifting as hard as it can but can't budge - a valve maybe). It is a terrible sound. I shut it off quickly but in my quick observation, it seemed like neither the loader or 3 point hitch was working properly. There is no visible leak either.
Yesterday, I replaced a hydraulic hose after it burst. I ran it all day yesterday with no trouble and most of today so I don't know if it could be related
I would really appreciate it if I could get some suggestions. I am no mechanic and not real familiar with tractors - I can't even find the hydraulic fluid Dipstic or fill. I am far from home and have to drive home tomorrow. All repair shops and stores are closed. Thanks
