While waiting on my B2320 I decided to build a 16x16 lean two off the back of my current shed. The plans are to store one cord of fire wood under the 4 foot overhang. Then the tractor and implements under the remainder. The post are set now going to pick up the lumber and sheeting... here is a pic of the posts.

Since you are in the early days of construction, thought I would share this. I had a lean to shed, which I planned to store my tractor in, but in the end I put up doors to enclose it. I did this for several reasons, kept the squirrels out (they eat the wiring on my neighbors 60 dollar tractor), keep out some of the mice, we get heavy fogs and the tractor would be all wet in the morning and since me and about 50,000 other people have a key to my tractor at least now there is a lock on the door.

I used T1-11, because that was already on the other 3 sides. If I had no shed I would have used metal at least here there is a place that will cut the metal sheets to length. Hopefully, the place you are getting the sheeting from do as well.

Keep the pictures coming.

That is good advice, more than likely when funds allow I will add sides..
my Father is recomending the same thing... In the mean time The new bota will at least be out of the rain and hail storms we seem to get around here.

Just a quick note, The corded wood will draw in mice and pack rats

T1-11 will match the rest of the shed so looks like thats the route I will be taking.. It might sit with no sides until fall..

Feel free to say you know this already.

On the thinner T1-11, I suggest you only space your 2X4s 1 foot apart, this will avoid them wrapping. On the thicker T1-11 you can get away with 2 foot apart. Make sure water cannot get in above or below as they will start to come apart. Paint the inside as well as the outside. This will help keep moisture from getting inside in. If you or your dad was in the military, Lowes gives 10% off. Need a military id or DD-214. At least by me the thinner T1-11 is almost $24 a sheet.
