Cut, Split, Stack, Repeat. I cut down some pallets, Its all the BX can lift when the wood is still wet. Makes it easier to move around, only have to stack it once.

Strong work on the pallet idea! I like the "unitized" movement and storage of wood. Gotta come up with something ourselves, although these racks are easy to load once a year.

This year:

We cut into the bucket and trailer then offload into the big pile behind the tractor if it is to leave the property (load into lean-to in picture if it stays up at the cabin). Dry for a year covered during winter and uncovered all summer. Roll huge rounds into bucket at ground level and Split into the back of my truck for transport to town.

Sweet! That long green pecker would also double as a mini crane if you welded a 2" receiver tube in the end. Might just come in real handy in some situations.
