No the drive shaft was before that. We moved to a new block with very soft ground. I came into one spot in low at 2000 rpm and it sucked my 600 horses down to 1100 rpm. Poor Peterbilt was torqued so bad the passenger side of the steering axle was thumping the stopper and the drivers side was barely leaving a track. The rest of the 7 km was in first and second gear. We were putting on 840 KMs a day and two days later I started vibrating when I got in the hills on the highway, at the next roadside pullout I pulled in and didn't even need to crawl underneath to spot the bad one. Just took it out and finished my day on the front two axles. The picture where I'm stuck is the dang mill yard they wanted to try pulling it but I made them unload it there and after I just slapped the lockers and backed out.

Not too bad. Better when winter weights are on like right now. I drop that pain in the *** lift axle. Summer weight with it on I'm legal at 63400kg, winter with it off I'm legal at 65000kg.




This is the real money maker though. This one is legal for 71300kg summer and 79300kg winter. The king-B is even better, they have the tridem pup. They are up in the 80000kg ranges.

Nice photo ! I love those big loads you guys have out there. Biggest loads I see around here aren't even close to that.
