Now I can't post more pics. But this tree came down over the trail. Had to go through a puddle that was deeper than I thought, buried the Massey. Wanted to do more but being Easter, we had family crap to do.

Over all the years I lived in Alaska, every Easter I wished I could spend "family crap time" with my family outside. (in the lower 48)

I'm the opposite. We lived 18 years in AK and enjoyed it from my dysfunctional family...lol

Wife wanted the kid to know her family. We still don't do things together and I live in a crappy state...oh well.

I asked people advice on the best way to store firewood if you won’t use it in a couple of years. This tree was a blow down and I got it cut up and stacked. I’ll probably split it this winter. The tree was about 24” dbh and my tractor would only pick up a piece that was about 7 feet long or less.

Well that is cuz you have that there toy tractor. I grew up in north central IL and we had read Deeres on the farm.
